Position: Long-Term Volunteer

About Us:
Fundacja CAT is a dynamic NGO based in the beautiful city of Leszno, Poland. We focus on non-formal education and cultural activities that foster creativity, inclusivity, and community spirit. We are currently seeking a motivated, creative, and social volunteer from Spain to join our international team and help manage our exciting projects!

Your Role:
As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage our Language Café – a key part of our non-formal education initiative.
  • Organize and facilitate creative workshops related to culture, music, art, and sports.
  • Plan and execute events and festivals that bring the local and international communities together.


We are looking for someone who:

  • Is social, kind, creative, and a team player.
  • Has at least an intermediate level of English.
  • Is enthusiastic about cultural exchange and ready to immerse themselves in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

What We Offer:

  • Fully furnished accommodation just 2 minutes from our office.
  • Monthly pocket money and food allowance up to 270 euros.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, around 6-7 hours per day with lunch breaks and weekends off.
  • You get 2 days OFF per month + any public holiday
